If your order was placed at a store please contact them for more information about the delivery. You can find store contact details on your receipt or on our store finder pages.
Online order deliveries
When you place your order online you will:
- For smaller items be given an expected delivery date range
- For larger items asked to select a specific delivery date (up to 1 month in the future)
With small items we try to get these to you as quickly as possible. With the larger items we will deliver on that specific date. If we won’t be able to deliver on the date you specify we will contact you as soon as possible.
We will send you an email once orders are shipped and you can also see the status of your order in your account.
Goods can be delivered any time between 09:00 and 17:00 on the date of delivery. Someone needs to be at the delivery address between those times as our drivers are instructed never to leave items without someone signing for them.
