If we discover that your appliance is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'll contact the manufacturer for you and get them to assist you directly.
If the appliance is covered by the extended warranty, we'll contact the claims company for you and liaise with them to get the best result for you.
A thorough check will be made of the appliance as to whether it can be repaired or must be replaced. At this time it will also be determined where the fault lies – with the appliance or the operator.
We have a policy that if the same fault is repaired four times within the extended warranty period, we'll organise a like-for-like replacement with a brand new appliance. How's that for an easy solution?
Just call 1800 621 748 to action your extended warranty claim quickly and easily.
