Tips for submitting your bugs:
- Always include the URL (web address). We recommend copying and pasting this into the form below.
- If the issue occurs when you do several different steps include all the steps taken
- Provide as much details as possible
We are specifically looking for functional bugs in browsers that we support. Therefore, the payment of the $10 gift card has a few conditions attached:
- The browser/operating system combination should be one that we support - IE6+, Firefox 3+, Safari 3+, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OSX10.4+. If your bug falls out of this range and we decide to fix it we will still send you the $10 gift card, but this is done at our discretion.
- You must be the first person to report the issue.
- We must be able to replicate the issue. Please help us do so by providing as much information as possible about how to replicate the bug.
- The issue must be a functional one. Issues related to the sites speed, content and design are not eligible for the $10 gift card.
- We are not normally able to enter into correspondence about issues.
- $10 gift cards will be paid when the issue is fixed, there are no guaranteed timescales under which this will occur.
